Human-Centered
Fiscal Stewardship.

Indiana's financial decisions should work for the people they impact.

As State Treasurer, my priorities are transparency, accessibility, responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars, and long-term planning that helps strengthen Indiana's future.

MY PRIORITIES

FOUR PRIORITIES, ONE PURPOSE.

MY PRIORITIES IN DEPTH

Click each priority to learn more about my commitment to Indiana.

  • Hoosiers deserve to understand where their taxpayer dollars are going.

I will work to make financial information easier to access, easier to understand, and more useful to the public through plain-language reporting, modern communication tools, and increased transparency around state finances and investments.

  • Strong financial leadership requires looking beyond the next budget cycle.

I believe Indiana should evaluate financial decisions not only based on short-term outcomes, but also on their long-term impact on our workforce, local communities, economic growth, and quality of life.

  • Many Hoosiers are unaware of the valuable programs already available through the Treasurer's Office.

I will prioritize public education and outreach so more families can access programs that help them save, invest, plan for higher education, and build financial security.

  • Healthy communities create a stronger economy.

My background in public health and healthcare operations has shown me that issues like workforce participation, aging populations, childcare access, and healthcare affordability all affect Indiana's long-term financial future. While the Treasurer's Office cannot solve every challenge, it can help elevate these conversations and ensure financial decisions are viewed through the lens of their impact on Hoosier families.

WHY IT MATTERS

The People Behind The Numbers

Throughout my career in healthcare operations and advocacy, I've worked with families navigating difficult financial realities, rising costs, and complex systems.

Those experiences taught me that public finance isn't just about budgets and balance sheets. It's about whether people can afford care, prepare for retirement, save for education, and build a stable future.

As State Treasurer, I will bring a people-first perspective to every financial decision.
